Traffic

Hey Everyone,

Traffic sucks... You either get stuck in it and sit in your car for hours on the freeway, or you leave early to avoid it and get their so early that you sit in your car anyways waiting for hours for your thing to start.  There is no getting around waiting in your car; you can only choose where you want to do it.

Traffic has always been a mystery to me.  All sorts of questions pop into my head when I am stuck in it.  Where does it come from? Why aren't we moving? What the hell?  Those sorts of things. I know that some of the traffic is caused by freeways merging together and the way people try cutting other people off.   I listen to am radio to catch the traffic news and that can shed some light but even still once you are stuck in a sig alert you are stuck until the traffic lets up.  Then you have the traffic caused  by nosy people who look over the side of the oncoming traffic to see what is going on over there.  Then everyone slows down to see what they are looking at.  After pondering this for a little while I soon realize that it doesn't matter where traffic comes from cause I am still stuck in it.

Until next time and remember leave early...

  1. Traffic is horrible!!! Every time I am driving and cars aren’t moving I get so upset. I always check google maps on my phone just to find out what is going on, because sometimes it gets very frustrating. I think that traffic is generated by the amount of cars that are on the freeway or because some people don’t go as fast as others then everyone has to slow down. It is true that if you have to get somewhere you either leave early or sit in traffic, which is really frustrating, because at the end of the day you will have to wait somewhere.

  2. I can't begin to explain to you how much I despise traffic. It's pretty much the most inconvenient thing since it's pretty much daily. It's especially frustrating and annoying because "traffic hours"?.... yeah that's definitely most hours of the day. Something that also gets me flustered is when I try to avoid getting on a freeway because I hear it's going slow, and I wind up taking streets that have like 1 out 4 lanes open due to construction. Ahh so frustrating!
I'm kind of "used" to traffic since I absolutely have to sit in 40 mins of it everyday to get to csulb but, boy, don't I wish it didn't exist.
